For Angi's birthday, we decided to do an easy, nearby peak. This would also be our first daytrip of the season, since most roads are now open to the foot of the mountains.

Just before we left, we decided to include Dyer Mountain, one of Colorado's recognized 13,000' peaks. Gemini Peak, which stands 13,951' tall, is considered to be a sub-peak of Mt. Sherman, and is not ranked as one of the "Highest Hundred".
